User Guide

Step 1: Locate your participant companies

  1. Type in your company registration number and password at the "User Login" Section which is located on the left button at the main page.
  2. The system will list down your participant companies into alphabetical order.
  3. Choose your participant company and system will proceed with the participant's electronic ordering page.

Step 2: Login to the participant electronic ordering page

  1. System will open a new window
  2. This is the participant electronic ordering system main page.

Step 3: Making Orders

  1. Search your products by selecting from the category bar which is located on the left corner
  2. To order the products, you need to click on the "order" button. One single click is equivalent to 1 unit of the product.
  3. You may specify the quantity of the product by key in the value in the quantity box or by using the up/down button which is located on the right of the quantity box. Simply click the "order" button after finish specifying the quantity. Unless, the product has attributes where it has different colors, sizes, styles, designs and etc. You may choose the attributes in the pop-up window by clicking "order" button or just click on the picture. At the same time, you may get the larger view of the product.
  4. You may also get the detail information of the products (if exist)in the pop up window.

Step 4: Checking Out / Confirm Order

  1. After finish ordering the products, simply click on the "checkout" button located at the below of the page.
  2. The system will then list down all the products that have been ordered in horizontal view together with the images and prices as well. At this point, you still can edit the quantity.
  3. After you have confirmed your order, just click on the "next" button to proceed to the delivery information page.

Step 5: Delivery Information

  1. At here you can see the 3 portions of information, they are "Delivery Address", "Billing Address" and "Delivery Date". "Delivery address" and "Billing address" are automatically captured from the system. If you wish to change either this two addresses, you may click on the "change" button.
  2. Finally, choose your desired delivery date.
  3. Proceed with the next step by clicking on the "next" button.

Step 6: Order Summary

  1. When you are in this page, the system will list down the summary of the order without images.
  2. The quantity of the products still editable in this stage.
  3. Click on the "Confirm Order" button to send the order immediately or else click on the "Send Later" button to send the order at the other time.
  4. Finally, the system will generate a purchase order form for your viewing and keep it as a hardcopy by print it out.
