Q What is e-Ordering?
A
e-Ordering is a web portal which enable goods ordering to be done online. It is not open for public but only for those who have participated in this portal. At e-ordering, participant company may publish their products with full graphical and description for their existing customer ordering purposes
 
Q How do I make order?
A
After you have been assigned as a "user" by your participant, just login to our website and select the participant company that you wish to make order from. Browse through the categories and sub-categories. When you have found the items that you desire, just click the "order" link. Specify your quantity as well. Q What is "Order Cart"?
A
Order cart consists of products that you have added into your order. To view the contents of your cart, just click on "Order Cart" which is situated on top right of the page.
 
Q What is "Order history"?
A
Order history consists of the previous orders that you have made. You can view it and track your previously ordered item and prices. You may also re-order these order if you wish to by clicking "re-order" button (quantity can be amend).
 
Q What is "Order Favorite"?
A
Order favorite consists of most frequent products that you have ordered. You may re-order those products by directly adding them to the cart. You don't have to waste your time to search it again since they are your favorite order products.
 
Q What is e-Call Card
A
e-Call Card function helps you to trace back the previous order quantity of products. You are able to see the product moving activity by comparing the previous order quantity and your current stock quantity when u need to re-order the product again. It helps to reduce the repeat order of unmoving product. It is also very useful those sales persons who are practicing the conventional call card system.
 
Q Does e-ordering operate on all day?
A
e-ordering operate 365 days 24/7 unless there is technical issue and site updates. A down time may occur in these circumstances. Otherwise, you may make your order anytime and anywhere. For the goods delivery issue, this is depends on the participant status and scheduling. E-ordering does not responsible for this issue. Q Do I need to remember every participant's access password?
A
You don't have to remember all participants' access password. You must only remember the first password that provided by your first joined Participant. The following assignment of password by other participant is uses the same password. This is because when the first participant assigned a password for you, e-ordering system will auto generate a password for you. This password is only visible to you; no participant will know your password. The next participant is only assign the access for you without assigning password, they have no rights to know your password. They only can find whether your account is existed in the e-ordering system or not. If found, they will simply assign you to their company's e-ordering system. This is to protect some confidential data among user that using this system.
 
Q Can I change my password?
A
Yes, you may change your password in any participant's e-ordering page. Once password changed, all participants' password will be change simultaneously. This is because you only have one universal password.
 
Q How can I know my password since my participant also not knowing my password?
A
Your password will be send by an email confirmation once you have been assigned by your participant. For those who do not have e-mail, the password will be issue to the participant. Then, the participant will let you know your password. For more security and privacy, it is recommended that you own an email address and change your password once you receive it.
 
Q Can I send an order to a different address?
A
Yes, you may specify additional delivery address and billing address. Anyway, the final approval and decision is still in the participant's hand.
 
Q Is there a limit to what I can order?
A
Limit of order is determined by the participants. The "order limit" that shown at the top of the page is the limit that specify by yourself for budgeting purposes. You may view your credit limit in "My account". Each participant has their own assigned credit limit. Anyway, the final approval and decision of the limit is still in the participant's hand.
 
Q
Is the items in my cart will be gone when electricity failure in sudden before I check out?
A
No, your cart contents are still available either when the electricity failure or you accidentally close it.
